Reflection

From this project, i learnt the proper ways of personal hygiene. Previously before this project, i had little knowledge of personal hygiene. I thought there was no any proper way to wash our hands and it is not important to have good personal hygiene. This project made me focus on personal hygiene from head to toe, something which i never give much thought about.

It also educated me on the types of cleaning and sanitizing agents available for us to purchase and the effectiveness of these products against the common bacteria found.

I also never knew grooming plays a very big part in personal hygiene. I did not pay much attention to it.

Doing this project taught me a lot about the bacteria that can be found on our body which can cause severe problems like death.

To conclude, this project has taught me the importance of personal hygiene and the threat bacteria can pose to us.
